Shipping Policy
We strive hard to meet customer’s expectation to the fullest. This order will be acknowledged by MatrikaS and further with payment confirmation.
We will ship your products within 4 days. If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
Track your Order
We try our best to deliver your product well before the delivery date. There will be an email sent to your registered email with the tracking information of the consignment. Please note there will be a link to the logistics partner’s site for the tracking information.
Delivery Time
Normally you will get your order within 7 – 15 days. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location, accessibility and government policies / guidelines.
Reviews, comments, communications and other content
Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content, send communications and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights.
In the event a user using a false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads as to the origin of any content, we reserve the right to remove, refuse, delete or edit any content that in the sole judgement of SFA Print violates these conditions of use and/or terminate your permission to access or use this website.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
We have all the rights to cancel the order in case of any unforeseen events. In this case, the payment will be refunded within 7-10 working days. You as a customer can cancel your order only within 24 hrs from the order date/time.
In such a case, 40% of the order amount will be charged as cancellation fees and the balance amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
